Shipping

U. S. orders are shipped USPS Ground Advantage Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Domestic orders over $200 ship for free. Flat rate for under $200 is $8 for USPS Ground Advantage

International orders are shipped Monday, Wednesday and Friday USPS Priority 6-10 Business days.

Orders placed before 2 PM on business days will begin processing that day, orders placed after 2 PM will begin processing the following business day.  Ground orders will be shipped within 48 hours of processing.

Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs, duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense.

Returns

Sale items are final sale.  There are no returns on final sale items.

All orders placed with discount codes, excluding the 10% newsletter sign up discount, are exchange/store credit or final sale. The terms will be specified on the item page.

For full priced non final sale items you are entitled to an exchange, store credit or refund when your purchase is returned within 10 days of the ship date. 

All items returned must be in perfect, unworn condition.

Your return shipment should be sent pre-paid and be insured.  

Conifer is not responsible for lost packages. 

Conifer does not refund shipping charges. 

Exchanges/Refunds are processed within 3 days after we receive the merchandise. You will receive a confirmation by email when your exchange/refund is processed.  Please allow 2-3 days for your refund to post to your credit card.

All exchanges will be processed once the returned item is received.

In case merchandise is not available for exchange, you will be reimbursed.

We will refund the credit card you used for the original purchase for the purchase price of the merchandise, excluding shipping cost. Shipping costs will only be refunded when the return is a result of our error or damaged merchandise. You must include receipt for (ground only) shipping with return or you will not be refunded.

If merchandise is damaged on the way, please contact us by phone or email upon receiving your order.

We have the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
